Irrigation, backflow, and landscaped grounds
A defining feature of Grand Harbor is its landscaping, and with that comes widespread use of irrigation systems. Because sprinkler lines sit in contact with soil and fertilizer, irrigation connections commonly require a backflow prevention device to protect the drinking-water supply. We inspect, test, repair, and install these assemblies, and we can let you know what your particular setup calls for.
The lagoon-side setting also brings humidity that can gradually wear at exposed fittings. When we service a home here, we keep an eye out for that kind of wear so it can be addressed early.
